Q: Why has Prop65news.com changed
from a completely free public site to a
subscription based site?
A: Prop 65 News and the Prop 65
News Litigation Reporter have been
subscription based services in hard copy
since we began in 1987. What is
different is that these services are now
available online, and all articles and
litigation documents can be searched for
full text. While we no longer make
older Prop 65 News articles available to
the public at no cost, we have added a
tremendous amount of free content
related to Proposition 65. Among the
areas of expanded coverage are health
related news, pending legislation and
food safety. And this is just the short
list. It is our aim to provide news
about or related to Proposition 65 to
your desktop every business day, and to
also provide the best possible method
for researching the law relating to
Proposition 65.
