The basic 60-Day Notice search searches for occurrences of your search term in our database. It searches all notices dating back to 1987, and provides a quick method of finding what you are looking for.
If you need to search by field our advanced search function allows you to do so by matching the occurrence of your search term in that field.
For Example: a search in the AG Number field using the term "AG2005" would return all notices for the year 2005.
It is usually a wise idea to search using the broadest and most general terms possible and then get more specific. As a general rule you will get better results by starting with general terms such as "fish" instead of "ahi tuna."
Please note that Prop 65 News maintains the
original numbering system for notices filed before December 2001. The
Attorney General's office renumbered the old notices at that time.
Therefore the stamped number on the original documents and the Notice Number on
the documents match.
Please note that this search page is limited to 60-Day Notices. If you wish to search for
documents or information pertaining to Proposition 65 cases that have been
litigated, please
